By booking a service with Your Travel Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all private transfers and tours provided in Ioannina and the Epirus region.

Passengers must:

• Arrive on time at the agreed pick-up location
• Respect the vehicle and driver
• Follow safety instructions during the journey

Safety is our top priority. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

Your Travel Tours is not liable for:

• Missed connections due to delays outside our control
• Personal injuries caused by passenger negligence
• Loss of personal items
